Cross Country Season Preparation Package (Coming Summer 2025)
Who it’s for:
Athletes committed to using their fall to prepare fully for their upcoming cross country season.
What’s Included:
12 weekly sessions focusing on speed work and running form (60-90 minutes), or as many as needed each week in the summer.
Detailed training plan for between sessions (split into training cycles depending on overall training duration, with mileage and workout themes based on the athlete’s goals, background, and schedule).
Session summaries and focus points for the next week.
Nutrition strategies and resources to support health and performance.
Direct messaging with Amanda at any point in the program.
Track and Field Season Preparation Package (Coming Fall 2025)
